Good question and the most common one. Getting a senior-level designer/developer full-time has its challenges based on business size. For starters it costs you north of a $100,000 a year plus perks. If you are a startup, you'll have to convince them to join your crew while often losing some equity along the way. If you're an agency or have a portfolio of companies, there isn't always enough work leaving you stuck with overhead.

On the regular, we knock out most requests in about two days or even quicker. But if you're submitting something on the complex side it will take a tad bit longer.

DesignLucky does not cover the following work: copy writing research, UX research, animated graphics (gifs, Lotties, etc.), fine art illustrations, digital painting and game assets.
We've got loads of flexibility when it comes to requesting designs through Trello. As long as it is shareable within Trello you’re good to go. Requests are often submitted with shared Google docs, wireframes, or a quick video.
